Irchester stabbings: two more charged
Bernard Joseph McDonagh, 19, of Markfield in Leicestershire, appeared at Northampton Magistrates' Court on Saturday (January 4) charged with attempted murder and causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
Patrick McDonagh, 36, also of Markfield in Leicestershire, faced magistrates at the same court charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of an offensive weapon.

Hide AdBoth were remanded in custody ahead of their next court appearance.
One man was taken to University Hospital Coventry with stab wounds to his face and neck and multiple injuries including a broken leg. The female victim was taken to the same hospital with a stab wound to her torso.
Two other men were also transported to Northampton General Hospital with stab wounds.
A third man has already appeared before magistrates in connection with the incident.

Hide AdJohn Paul McDonagh, 37, of Markfield in Leicestershire, was charged with attempted murder and causing grievous bodily harm with intent. He was remanded into custody until his next appearance at Northampton Crown Court on January 31.
A 59-year-old also arrested has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
